At one point Mike Rousos says "You'll really want to think about how deploying and running you application after you've upgraded". What would be the disadvantages of the approach “first migrate assuming that current deployment on Windows does not change and afterwards possibly pivot to a Linux deployment”?

when i upgrade and reupgrade i get problem please fix problem, warnings in projects reference in project in all projects if i create a new projects and try to make one as reference in ather project I see warnings ⚠️ in projects reference
