Its horribly constructed. actual content does not start till about 12 minutes in and even after that, its a very slow moving chitchat just recorded. Don't go for this video to get guidance since there are better ones out there.

If you are looking demo - I have uploaded it here. It is 15 mins long, to the point. Running 3 load test profiles and observe the thread pool thread changes and error rate.
