If u eat very clean aside from ur post workout shake, and drink plenty of water. None of those ingredients are enough to affect ur digestion. People take this stuff as replacements for proper food sources and end up all messed up in their digestion, complexion, etc.

It’s the best whey protein out there period. Anyone who disagrees MOST likely aren’t an ambassador for them so of course don’t make money to help sell there products. The other few just have negative effects when taking it, maybe cuz it contains dairy.
