Taken from Primates episode 3
Monkeys, lemurs, lorises, bush babies and, of course, the great apes. Countless faces, one remarkable animal family. Engrossing new stories combine family drama with the latest science. On Congo’s volcanic slopes, we meet an apparently fearsome silverback mountain gorilla, who turns out to be a gentle and attentive father to his young. Cutting-edge research indicates that caring fathers are the most successful silverbacks. In South Africa, we join an elusive and diminutive lesser bush baby from a newly discovered urban population, on a night-time raid of the city zoo. In Malaysia, we experience a Lar Gibbons’ canopy world from their perspective, in a filming first. From snow-capped mountains to the hottest deserts, and from the most remote, unexplored landscapes to the very heart of our modern world, Primates is the ultimate, definitive celebration of our very own animal family.

Welcome to BBC EARTH! The world is an amazing place full of stories, beauty and natural wonder. Here you'll find 50 years worth of entertaining and thought-provoking natural history content. Dramatic, rare, and exclusive, nature doesn't get more exciting than this.

WTG ALL OF YOU AND GOD BLESS YOUR CONTINUED CARW AND LOVE AND NEVER ENDING WORK FOR ALL THESE SWEET BABY'S .
I FEEL SO HELPLESS AS IM OLD AND A VERY SICK SENIOR, WITH VERY POOR INCOME THAT BARELY SUPPORTS ME.
I SO ENJOY SEEING THESE LITTLE ONES OUT IN THE TREES WHERE THEY BELONG AND PRAY THEY FIND THEIR WAY BACK HOME ON THE TREE TOPS.
Please if anyone can help these wounderful people even small amounts.

Those helpers are amazing. They will literally put their lives on the line to do the best by their charges. Even though they're on safety lines, accidents happen. My hubby was a tree surgeon and is a certified rescuer for those who have accidents high up with chainsaws which might, under certain circumstances, be continuing to work. If the safety on it has broken, or been deliberately disabled - yes, some people are that stupid - then it's possible there'll be a swinging, working saw next to someone who's had an accident, many feet off the ground. People like him have to go up and sort it out, and bring them down.
But even without something as dangerous as a saw, it's possible to have branches suddenly go from under you, you can get tangled up in the ropes... No matter how well trained you are as a climber, it's a potentially very dangerous job. So I take my hat off even further to these selfless carers, because when you're hanging on and you've got a heavy orang possibly pulling at you, you have to be prepared to prevent a fall. And that is _not_ easy!
And those little apes are such beautiful things, aren't they? How can anyone deliberately hurt them? I'll never get it.

I cried. Beautiful that so much effort is put in those sweet creatures (which they deserve)

Adorable orangutans. And a smart idea for them to climb so the orangutans would follow and get used to it
