All he had to say was "celebrities" but he went with "black pastors"

The galley is open to the public…when it’s open to the public. Period.

*MURDERED, * not "killed." As for the defense attorney, imagine if Elmer Fudd were defending a carrot and Bugs Bunny were the prosecutor.

A forced apology is no apology, the best form of apology is changed behaviour.
And other relevant common sayings.

"Hey dude, your racism is showing."
"Twice."
He might as well just said, "N-word Pastors, " like he says at home.

Even the blonde lady in grey on his legal team goes to put her fingers on her temples in a "wtf?!" Way but catches herself and rearranges her hair 😂

I don't know why this attorney doesn't just show up to court in his white hooded sheet.

Might as well call him Kevin "Gaff" after this

The high level of blatant RACISM in our country today should be very concerning to good hard working all race loving Americans.

The Rittenhouse judge is doing what so many of these rightwing lunatics do. He's saying things in a way that makes it look like he's just confused a little and even though he's completely in the tank for Rittenhouse he's "really trying" to be fair. It's that evangelical strategy of being hateful while trying to appear concerned.

I could say "oh that was just a poor choice of words; just don't do it again" but that "apology" is offensive by itself but also makes the original statement worse

'red business suit woman' has a winning face at that moment.
can't anyone come and sit in the courtroom?
pastor vs. militia member?

If I had the time and money, I'd fly out there to hang out at the court. People in the area should just descend on that court house. It's not just about the particular victim, but establishing that the community cannot tolerate racist attitudes. The shooting is years of tolerance of stupid people until someone took it to deadly ends. You have to nip these attitudes in the bud, not wait for violence.

I’m intimidated by a 70 year old black pastor and a black mother crying!!!

I’m an alpha male, god bless Trump!

I hope "Black Pastors" have seen this and will begin attending the courtroom for this case en masse...🤣

Oh, please cover this trial live as soon as you can. It's more entertaining and less infuriating than the Rittenhouse trial. The judge here is just 100% done like the rest of us.

Stunning display of open racism. Disheartening nothing has really changed in 400 years.
