He is going WAY harder on the big fella than the the big fella was on him.
As the big guy in my gym I know what it’s like, in sparring i’m super conscious of hurting anyone, even the fighters, so I’m *always* 1 or 2 levels of intensity below my partner. Even more so if they are inexperienced - obvs.
There has only been a couple of occasions where I have allowed myself to bring my intensity up, and on one of those occasions I knocked out one of my oldest and dearest friends. So yeah, I am especially careful now.

Absolutely love watching sparring videos like this! I've been doing BJJ for just over two years and I'm now also starting to get into striking (mainly Muay Thai) you can learn so much from videos like these 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Quality sparring. Hard muay thai sparring done the right way. The guy sparring against the the different partners, was a combo machine. I liked his left body hook, the right low kick, and his clinch throws where you spinn your core.
