This sparring is perfect. They are sparring people of equal level and skill. Each fighters have there own style and control there shots after they throw. These guys need this if they want to do well in any professional fight. People need to stop being butt hurt about a controlled hard kick or punch, nothing is thrown with ko intention, just with 80% power.

Tall dude with the white gloves and vest on is very good with both his hands and feet. There's no ego with him. Very good sparring he stays relaxed the whole time even when taking some hard hits

Every spar seems to be a fight with the Moroccan dude... You will rapidly become very unpopular in the gym. Need to have a bit fun when training. It really helps.
