For me it was a rabbit hole; once I dabbled in one thing; it would lead to another. Also as a reflexologist; I felt it was me doing the healing & not God!! I agree also with Derek Prince about getting rid of ALL such symbols, books & even all the crystals- as I assigned qualities to those too. I binned the lot : even earrings & bracelets. There are so many tricks out there. I even worked in a Ruldolf Steiner clinic as an RNurse but many yrs later found out they have books like:"occult science" but they named Jesus with Buddha!!it was pure necromancy as the man responsible for anthroposophy became elevated. Also they had books on Atlantis(ie then the water kingdom was opened up also!). Aweful. I only went there to work as an RN. Long story of my testimony of release & Salvation; as it was so deep in me. Thank you Lord to whom I assign all the Glory.

I have such a terrible experience with New Age! I began to meditate, listen to mantras, cleansing of chakras, & let me tell you the amount of supernatural things that happened to me where unreal that it made me get psychosis & PTSD for a while ! Some of the things that happened to me were smelling scents that were not there such as smelling a man colons, burning wood, smelling flowers, seeing demons in my house, random orgasms, etc. We are spiritual beings & whenever I would go out in public, people knew something was wrong with me and people knew there was a spirit attached to me because I didn't look like myself. My eyes looked demonic. People DO NOT mess with New Age !!! The spirit world exists and should not be messed with!

I know it how feels to struggle with anxiety because of wanting to control everything in your life by being overly independent, I too grew up without a father. Even after I got saved I would always worry and had anxiety, but God set me free from that recently and he taught me to grow in faith and only depend on him.
