Watch Former New Age Author Doreen Virtue Share Her Testimony

Raised under the influence of Christian Science, Doreen held many misconceptions about God and the Gospel. She entered the new age movement and became a teacher of non-Christian theology, and also a top-selling new age author. Through the hearing of God's Word, she was convicted of her beliefs.

After reading and studying the Bible, Doreen surrendered her life to Jesus, abandoned new age, became a student of Scripture, and enrolled in Western Seminary.

About a year ago, you came up on my feed, although never really involved in the New Age, started following. Today sat next to a young woman at church coffee, her first time in a church, and she started asking me questions, knew immediately she involved in New Age, so asked her and she confirmed. Last 2 years or so, her life has been He'll with demon oppression. Was able to share the Gospel, counsel her alittle, encourage her to read Bible ( she had requested and received a copy when entering the church) and pray with her. She is very confused. Will continue to pray for her. Hoping she comes back.
The Lord let you be involved in the New Age, so that you could have this ministry. Am thankful.

I currently am having this realization. I was triggered by someone today, and it made me see how much I do not want to let go of old beliefs. I cannot whole heartedly follow Jesus and practice witchcraft or divination. I surrender control to God, He’s got this better than I ever could.

I remember going and seeing Doreen. My late girlfriend was really into her(had cards) and I liked certain things also. I said god bless you to her after she was done talking and had a chance to meet her briefly, she said god bless me back and I just was so unsure about everything because I do not trust anyone or anything. As a Christian who wasn’t as versed in the Bible as I thought I fell into new age teachings for about 9 yrs. I loved Doreen and enjoyed her Angel numbers. About two years ago I saw her testimony and it started me getting back to the Bible. I fell a couple more times but praise The Lord I’m delivered from it fully by my Savior Jesus Christ. He is the only one that saves and He’s the ONLY WAY to God. I’m so grateful God used Doreen’s testimony to witness!!

I want to praise the Lord for Him leading me to this video of Doreen Virtue. 2yrs ago after watching this video, the Holy Spirit convicted me and I got SAVED! I was raised as a catholic and over the years lost my faith in religion. I eventually started becoming interested in the New Age movement. I read books by New Age authors and also became interested in the Occult and energy healing practices. About 5 yrs ago, I became a certified reiki energy healer and opened up my own small business. I incorporated crystal healing, tarot card reading and sound healing into my work. One day I was watching a you tube video and on the sidebar, a video of Doreen Virtue caught my eye. When I saw the title of it, I HAD to see it! When she referred to the bible verses in Deuteronomy 18:9-12 that these things are Detestable and an abomination to the Lord, I broke down, cried out to the Lord that I was sorry and did not want to disobey God. The very next day, I threw out everything related to New Age, tarot cards, crystals, tools and dismantled my reikii room. I then closed my business! I was so deceived thinking that I was helping people and that what I was doing was from God. Thank you Doreen for sharing your testimony and help bring people to the Lord. I am currently in a bible based church, reading my bible, involved in church groups, volunteering, doing a discipleship group with other Christ followers, doing some evangelizing on the street corner with fellow believers.
