It's not legal the HOA cannot collect. Those cameras were already found to be illegal in Dallas Texas. That was the city of Dallas that put in those up cameras and then had to remove them after a class action lawsuit against the city.

I got 1 problem with almost all hoa they require you to have a lawn aka the biggest waste of water and money.
