Socrates said “No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.” Man was spitting FACTS

Not everyone who’s fat wants to be. It’s an addiction that comes from trauma and pain like any other.

Was obese in my teens(128kg). At my age 18 puberty testosterone peak, I lost weight like crazy and built quite a handsome appearance(which I saw in the response of how I was treated by the women around me). During uni years, due to poor discipline and choices I ended up back at obese.
At age 23(154kg), made a decision again to get my life together, but this time it was more difficult, but in 3 years I made it back to a proper healthier physique and lifestyle... And again, I can see how people treat me differently - because I look disciplined, trustworthy and committed.
After a tragic back injury in 2019, slow, careful rehabilitation and other stresses put me slightly back again in my physique. But in a decision to persist and not give up, I am on my way to being at my peak once more.
Ran my first solo 30km in January. My strength is stronger than it ever was, and now I just have to work on shedding down on some fat.

It's all about a decision, and sticking to it.
It's hard. But it's rewarding.
Staying unhealthy and obese is also hard, but it only gets worse.

Become an unstoppable force. It's in you. I did it twice. I'm my own inspiration now.

I been both fat and fit a couple times over. Being fat is definitely horrible and nothing to celebrate. You feel like shit and people treat you differently, especially women.

Some would interpret this as harsh or mean but I say that it is pure facts and it is what people NEED to hear. If people don't hear what the NEED to hear, then they will NEVER change.

That was harsh but the hard truth. I'm fat, and I finally want to take control of my body. I know I will have great outcomes when I get in shape. Thanks for the motivation.

Most women will only choose a guy depending how much income he has regardless whether he's in shape or not. But a lot of guys would still go out with women even if they have weight on themselves as long as they have the looks for it. Some of what you said comes off very contradicting but most of what you said is true. Everyone has their own lifestyle & you can't everybody to be in shape because it all depends on their environment, or if they can afford to eat healthy or be adequate about working out.

Big cities define work ethic and excellence as school based, unlike sports and the military. Most people have gone to public school in big cities which has a non interactive approach to learning only visual and but mostly auditory aka a feminine learning format, which focuses on intention, instead of meaning, purpose or action.

I have had literal blockages in my large intestine stopping my body from producing the health benefits of what I was eating for over a decade. There are literal health issues that can interfere but that doesn't mean we should give up. I've had 5 medical procedures in 2021 and 2022. I had the best excuse but what's the point if my body doesn't reflect it? You need to do all you can to live a healthy lifestyle. I am happy I have continued because my hard work is finally showing. Thankfully the obstructions have been removed and I'm recovering.
I didn't use my blockages as an excuse (literal issues) but the opposite. I made it a point to eat even better and remain active so once I was better, I just continued my healthy and fit lifestyle. I am thankful that I remained being active before and after all my medical procedures no matter how hard it was.
I have been tracking my progress for months on IG proving that we can be our best selves even if there's literal health issues. Either you give it 100% or you don't. It's up to you either way.
I am living proof of youth, getting carded /ID when I'm double the age 🤭
People are shocked by my age. Fitness and a healthy lifestyle go a long way. Facts.

My dad is a former military NCO and used to be a MONSTROUS bench presser. After he retired and started working desk jobs, he got lazy and fat, which I'm a firm beliver contributed to his mental health problems along with the physical ones.

I grew up obese. I was always 50-100 pounds overweight in my teenage years and when I turned 21 I was 315 pounds. I changed my diet and began exercising. Running and counting calories. Within one year I lost 95 pounds and was able to run a half marathon, 13 miles, in two hours. I met my wife during those years, in the mid-2010s. Fast forward to today, ten years later, and I have gained back almost all of that weight. Today I stand at 305 pounds, and I feel worse than ever. My knees, back, and feet hurt constantly. I can’t get anything done after work because I’m so tired (electrician) and all I want to do when I get home is sleep. I feel so lazy and worthless. It really makes me sad and bummed out that ten years ago I was in my physical peak and life felt so amazing and I had finally conquered my weight, and now I’m back where I started. I went through the biggest transformation of my life, and I basically threw it all away. I had even told myself “I’ll never weigh that much again in my life.” It feels like my weight is killing me. Everything is more difficult than it needs to be, I sweat more, and I feel like I’m 20 years older than I actually am! I’m changing my ways today. I know it’s going to be hard to stay disciplined, but I have to do it because I can’t go on living like this. It feels horrible and it drags me down in every single aspect of my life!

Get in shape, do a disipline or 2 (martial art), work on your mouth piece, don't take disrespect. That's what I think a guy should do.

School should be 3hrs sports and 3hrs school work. 2 topics a week.

Hey. Truth is truth. You know how many people disrespected me cause I was fat! I lost about 22 pds and I literally see the difference! As I walk now, I walk with pride (back straight; slim damn gut) whereas before: no confidence. Me: 51. Spot-on! My journey
