This isn’t working right now for some reason. No drop down menu or email options on the third step. When you click email, it’s just a blank white screen with a submit button at the bottom. Tried on multiple browsers.

I'm having an absolute knightmare with this, I've been verifed on Google for over 10yrs and now becuase of a simple address change im told I can no longer be verified as they dont know of I exist? sounds crazy but true... In Step 3, I am not able to find the form when I choose Email. The form is invisible and I cannot see any contents of the form. Due to this, I can submit the form.
