Guys I found a way to that ! I had issue with video verification opening a new business on Google and one day I decided to delete the business account and reopen it, but by accident I opened the business account with my private email that I’ve had for many years and it worked straight away I didn’t have to do any verification. So maybe to avoid this problem if you can open a Google businesses with an existing email or open a new email but use it for a bit before creating a business. Not sure if it will work for everyone but it did for me!
