I want to share my disappointing experience with Ryanair to warn other travelers. Their customer service is practically nonexistent—getting help is nearly impossible, and the ground staff are often rude and unhelpful.

Delays are common, with little to no explanation or compensation. When it comes to check-in and baggage, everything feels like a trap to squeeze more money out of you. Any mistake can cost you, and extra luggage fees are outrageously high.

Onboard, comfort is minimal: cramped seats, no entertainment, and absolutely everything comes with a price—even a glass of water. It genuinely feels like their main goal is to extract as much money as possible from passengers while offering the bare minimum in return.

Honestly, it’s better to pay a bit more and fly with an airline that actually respects its customers. I strongly advise against flying with Ryanair if you want a smooth and respectful travel experience.

How quickly can you get from the front door, through security and onto to your gate at this airport? Like how soon before the flight time could you do it? McAlister family style running with your belongings

Is this flighr FR719 of Ryanair? I went from Paris - Beauvais to Birmingham, UK on 3rd Nov 2024.
(Edit: It was delayed 30 minutes for takeoff)

Je tiens à partager mon expérience décevante avec Ryanair afin de prévenir d'autres voyageurs. Le service client est quasiment inexistant : impossible d’obtenir de l’aide en cas de problème, et le personnel au sol est souvent désagréable, voire impoli.

Les retards sont fréquents, sans aucune explication ni compensation. Quant à l’enregistrement et aux bagages, tout est un piège à frais cachés : la moindre erreur vous coûte cher, et le moindre bagage supplémentaire est facturé à prix d’or.

À bord, le confort est minimal : sièges étroits, pas de divertissement, et chaque service est payant, même un simple verre d’eau. On a l’impression que leur seul but est de tirer le maximum d'argent du passager, sans offrir un minimum de qualité en retour.

Franchement, mieux vaut payer un peu plus et voyager avec une compagnie qui respecte ses clients. Je déconseille fortement Ryanair à quiconque veut voyager sereinement
