Anna you are so calm whilst doing everything for the weddings. I used to own a wedding shop and as well as doing the outfits etc we did flowers, photography, balloons, favours and I remember how intense it could get in the last few days

Anna, I have the name of a book you will adore. Relax, Edd - it can be a tax deduction with a little creative accounting !

The book is 'The Art of Celebrating' by David Monn. He is a New York events planner, one for Barack and Michele at the White House, weddings, the list is long. I first saw him on a video at his NYC apartment (New York Door Knocks: Alex Papachristidis steps inside events planner David Monn's home) where he shares everything. From the brands and names of the paint on his walls, the sandwich shop in New York he used for lunch (William Poll - which actually has its menu on its website, with so many interesting sandwich ideas for you and, Jackie Kennedy pf course). Outside weddings, the placement of tables for a reception with rectangle and round tables - thoughtful and interesting.
