The passive should say :
"Deal x% of damage dealt as bonus magic damage."
Or..
"Deal bonus magic damage to enemies equal to x% of damage dealt to them."

I put "x" because I didn't put a base/flat percentage since the percentage increases base on champion level.

For Blue Kayn's passive explanation in short :
For the first few seconds of combat, you deal bonus magic damage to enemies based on the physical damage you dealt to them.

For the full-detailed one :
For the first few seconds of combat, you deal bonus magic damage to enemies equal to 'x' percentage of damage dealt to them.
The percentage is 'x' because it increases based on your champion level and we don't have the exact percentage value, maximum at 40% at level 18.

So if you are at level 18, you deal bonus magic damage to enemies equal to 40% of damage dealt to them.

Did my explanation help? I can do this sort of things because I also create my own champions, creating the name, epithet, passive, abilities, doing the calculations, etc.

The passive should say :

Bro the magic dmg is premitigation that means it already ignores all magicresistances. And when u test it in practice tool it somehow deals less dmg when u have the void staff
