It's not the same to tank yourself with only health other than with armor. Different builds for different situations, specially if you go vs lethality or champs/itemization who dmg hp%. Can't compare heartseel vs Jakshos that way...

but heartsteal is stacking, giving you infinity value in gold, plus after 250 armors or mr it s not efiecency build more, heartsteal, 2 armors items, and 2 mr items, gives you the most tank stats, jhak sho is better only in first 20 minutes of game, and is good only vs long fights, heartsteal gives better stats, plus can be use in short fights on lane. another think it s that a many items and skills are scaling with hp, with that heart steal gives even more value, ornn pasive, cho R, sion w, sunfire, demonic, tytanic, vlad every skill, mundo e pasive and R, ane more more. champs like skarner, udyr or shyvana can build heartsteal, demonic, and tytanic giving theym hybrid scaling, what is broken. it s givnig even more value that jhak sho, malphite prefere heart steal than jhak sho, bc giving him longer pasive, and longer bonus armors, plus you can buy demonic, for dmg. only problem with heartsteal is that you need a little more time, after 20 minut this item is the best item in the game next to botrk and liandrys.
