Personally I think Kaido's is the best overall. Think about it, it not only gives you a massive strength and defense boost since you're a dragon, but you also can basically control Fire, Wind and Lightning, create Tornado, Fire blasts strong enough to level mountains and you can even fly, while also creating clouds that can lift entire islands into the sky and that's all WITHOUT Awakening the fruit. Also you get to be a Dragon, that's awesome.

Here’s my problem with the Nika fruit and why u think it doesn’t deserve 15 stars because it just isn’t that good unless you give it to someone like luffy or joy boy. Like if you gave the fruit to kaido or even shanks or black beard. I don’t think they could make good use of it.
