Carribous fruit would be one of the most useful irl. Infinite storage and the ability to steal almost anything because of it, all while having the logia passive of intangibility. Swamp is also not destructive, so you won’t randomly burn stuff or something like that.

Zoan is a gamble with the type of animal you get, and paramecia might as well be called "others" considering all the random shit that's classed as paramecia. With a logia you know what you get, just not the flavor

Honestly, the best way to put it is that Paramecia and Zoan are high risk, high reward fruits. But with Logia’s you get a decently OP ability no matter what.

With Zoan and Paramecia, you have the potential to become either an unbeatable powerhouse, or a waste of space that can't swim. Logia's are just good across the board and vary only a little bit.

Logia would definitely be the safe bet. There are some God class Paramecia and Zoan type fruit out there but those are rarer then Logia.
