DELTARUNE Ralsei Has... PINK EYES?!

As Kris goes to the Basement in the castle, Ralsei and Susie play around while waiting. However- if you come back to them, Susie has stolen Ralsei's glasses, revealing his true eye color.

Pink eyes are usually a result of albinism (although albinos usually have blue eyes) & can cause poor eyesight in lit areas. It's because the melanin deficiency in albinos can cause iris transparency to the extent that you see the color of their blood instead of their irises. That transparency causes light to bounce around in their irises, obscuring their vision.

Albinism is common in subterranean creatures because they're adapted to living in extreme darkness.
