I thought almonds were sprayed with glyphosate and should be organic? Also I read an article that almost all of the almond milks including malk, silk, califia, and chobani all were found to have high levels of glyphosate

I wonder why he skipped over the encapsulated lactic acid when reading the ingredients...

Your vitamin b12 in your men’s multivitamin gummies has cyanocobalamin which is a man made form of b12 which contains cyanide.

Gotta make it with methylcobalamin and then it would be decent.

By experience I learned that anything discounted at Sprouts or Whole Foods is still 25% minimum higher than other retailers.

Hi, I enjoy your videos. I wanted to know if you can do one based on buying ingredients per pound. I find that buying things like flour, beans, dry fruit, and so on cheaper when I get them per pound than pre-packaged.
