This easy method gives you the Perfect croissants at home!

Hello guys, today let's make croissants. Croissants have a longer process to make but I'm showing you the easiest method on how you can make and enjoy them at home. I hope you try this out and as usual, don't forget to tell me how yours came out on the comment section down below.

Ingredients:
-3-3/4 cup all purpose flour
-1/3 cup or 5tbsp sugar
-1/2 tsp salt
-1 tbsp active dry yeast
-1/2 cup warm water
-3/4 cup milk
-1 stick unsalted butter
-Icing sugar

For the Egg wash:
-1 egg yolk
-1tbsp milk

Enjoyed your recipe. Very easy. I let mine rest for half an hour before baking, then brushed them with some egg and milk mixture, before putting them in the oven .
