It's not possible for a coach to come into this situation and win everything immediately. If Alabama gets to the playoff this year that is a great season. It's so competitive in the sec and the schedule is brutal.

I genuinely believe coach Saban took Bear Bryant’s Legacy and turned Alabama into an Empire and a program that can sustain extreme success with a great coach if done the right way. Bama is doing it right keeping Coach around, his core principles and day to day operations have always been next level and Coach Deboer now gets in on it and gets to put his spin in the offense and team. It’s no coincidence two of the greatest to ever do it, did it at Alabama. ROLL TIDE FOREVER.

I’m a tiger. This coach is good! He knows the x and o’s of football. He will have to adapt to different recruiting but he is scary good coaching football! Great hire!! Bama will be tough to out coach. Congratulations on the hire, hope you only lose in Baton Rouge. 🤷‍♂️.

lifelong fan/resident, ive been here since Coach Bill Curry and im gonna be here for the long haul, but please DONT CRASH THE BUGATTI that Coach Saban gave you the keys to. we know its your turn to drive, but this is a super scary/unfamiliar time for us right now and we know we are going to need to adjust to this major change as well. this aint the pac12 or the big10, this is the SEC. it is a hole nother ball game over here, pun intended. lol like i said im here and that will not change, but there are 2 sets of shoes to fill in this program and i hope Coach DeBoer can become the 3rd. we have de Bear, we have de Goat, next we hope to have DeBoer.
