The 23's are the most restricted yet. BT says 2nd gear gives you only 30% throttle until after 9k rpm, as well as a top end restriction. Anyone who has this bike on the break in limiter, can probably tell you when clicking up to 3rd, you can definitely feel it pull a lot harder.
