This album just feels so grown up and Poppy really spills to us exactly how she feels and how she will handle it and it is amazing!! I will always feel nostalgic when listening to "Bubblebath" or "Choke" as those were part of my childhood and "Eat" quite literally eats too but poppy just looks so mature and grownup and I love it!! I went to see Jane's Addiction and Smashing Pumpkins and I had no idea Poppy was opening for them. She was in a trio and it was killer, very strong performance. If you know she's performing nearby, she's definitely worth the tickets.

Her voice is very rich and beautiful in this track. And can’t forget her beautiful black hair! It makes her look have an edge to it and compliments her eye makeup too. This song has always meant a lot to me when I heard her preform it. Sometimes it feels like she was talking to me. Sometimes we stagger and don’t even realize we’re regressing.

I think Poppy has been increadibly subtle and creative with her editing of this video and deserves way more credit then she is getting.If you reverse this video, then play it 6s behind the forward video, the points where she gets dragged offstage happen at exactly the same time, and in the same direction, whether the video is playing forward or backwards (this is at one third and one sixth point). Halfway through, there is a spinning section section which is pretty close to mirroring. There are several cuts and mood changes that happen at the same time (both in forward and reverse). Additionally, there are more than a few sections where the forward and backwards are mirroring in one way or another, but with opposite emotions. This creates a feeling of abstract symetry which also runs in the music. You know it's there, but it's not clear exactly what, or how. A show off would have done it obviously, but being a legend, Poppy has made it more abstract by desynching This is the Tenet of music videos!!
