Sir I wanted to ask a question about marking criteria about ps 1

The marking criteria for 2024 examination only describes the ruling about if we write 3 reasons in a 14 marker but in almost all questions there are more than 3 reasons.
So what's the ruling if we write more than 3 reasons (like in questions about decline of mughal empire or formation of Muslims league, have many reasons).
Will it would be possible to score 14 marks by writing 5 to 7 reasons but with less descriptions
Or if not then what would be a recommended approach as any info is not provided about it in marking criteria

If i didn't agree with the statement of question and then the reason which i agree, i give 2 explainations of it
Then 1 explaination of reason recommended in question
Then 1 explaination of another reason
Then i say in conclusion
According to my evaluation _ _ was the most important reason
From here will i get 13 marks
And 14 marks after further development of the conclusion or putting my insight to the conclusion and give a meaningful fact which made me agree to the supported reason?
Your reply can finish all the misunderstangs in my mind about this question
