Milwaukee socket set warranty

In this video I show a Milwaukee socket set that I bought. One of the sockets in this set cracked and I had to contact Milwaukee to get it replaced under warranty. I called Milwaukee customer service 18007293878 and talked to Michelle. Michelle was very polite over the phone and gave me an email address to send pictures of the socket. After sending the pictures Michelle informed me that the socket would be covered under warranty and that I would receive a new one in the mail. I received the new socket about 3 days after contacting Milwaukee.

I’m a heavy equipment tech I like harbor freight and for nice snap on because I’ve never had warranty issues with them I just turn it in and get a new one no questions asked . Harbor freight always want the whole set but it’s that easy .

the broken socket is beat to fuck, I hope they warranty it for you but it looks like its well used and abused

They didn't ask for a purchase reciept? Just wondering cause it says that on their site
