In this film, you will experience:

Audio Impairment - Resulting in the inability to process what an individual hears, which causes disorientation and confusion.

Visual Impairment - Resulting in the loss of depth perception, which makes it difficult to recognize what is real and what is a hallucination.

Loss of Learned Balance and Coordination - Intensifies the risk of falling.

Inability to Process Instructions or Questions - Resulting in the lack of ability to engage and respond verbally and physically, which causes anxiety by trying to think of a response.

Visual Impairment Caused by Low Lighting - Poor lighting can create hallucinations and stress the already impaired brain, especially when paired with anxiety.

Thanks. I see and receive this information. As a sole caregiver in my 4th year with my person, I appreciate what she goes thru yet I am still just exhausted. Prayers for us all. ❤

Thank you Laura for allowing God to use you. I met you in Roseville, Ca @ First Light Home Care with Paul. Still, this day I'm presently caring for a newly diagnosed with dementia symptoms. I have as well shared this video with the daughter of my client. Blessings to you. Because of you, I'm more knowledgeable toward those with dementia symptoms, and have learned that specializing with these beautiful people is a Gift.
