Me after grabbing the soap and pressing f near the hideous mass:

did some testing and yes with slab sharpshooter this does oneshot the hideous mass but its inconsistent so dont bother

Inputs from what I see:
Aim sharpshooter so it bounces within the HM.
Coin inside hitbox to bounce
Move back & throw a coin
Punch the coin during the hitstops (Railcoinpunching)

Throw another coin
Move back, throw the last coin, shoot the 3rd coin with the blue rail, punch the last coin (Railcoinpunch)

Somehow all damage is transferred from the sharpshooter to the blue rail.
