Spectacular!! They were amazing. What a great place to be at the right moment! I was very lucky to have a flight in a RAF Chinook last incredible aircraft they are! 😊 We weren't quite that low though!! 😂 Having said that, it was a low level trip, and I was on the ramp with the load master crewman, which was insane!

Always felt there’s something special about the Chinook, it’s an absolute beast and sounds epic as it approaches from a distance- that great, deep, baritone thud always gets me out of my seat to hear it approaching and then pass at a surprisingly fast speed for such a huge lump of machinery it is.😊
