How to Throw a Shuriken | Ninjutsu Lessons

In the Togakure Ryu school, one the of the important weapons is the shenban shuriken. This is actually exact replica of the shuriken that are used in that school. Demonstrating a few simple techniques as to how someone would actually guard themselves from a shuriken attack; I'll just explore basic movement. When you're throwing the shuriken, you want to hold on about your waist height, and practice lightly taking your thumb and index finger, and using your wrist more than anything to throw the shuriken.
