The chakram is probably the easiest as long as it's sharp. The entire thing is one long edge, so as long as you throw it hard, it'll cut.
I've tried throwing knives (inexperienced knife throwing, not throwing-knives) and tended to either hit with the flat edge or with the butt/pommel of the knife. I think it'd be similar with a shuriken -- hitting two points spreads out the PSI rather than hitting with one point for greater penetration.
The cross seems the hardest because it is not just a shuriken, it's got an even longer point that would make a balanced throw even more unlikely.

I think the shuriken is easiest. although I don't have any chakrams, I think they would be odd to hold, like a saw blade. I much prefer the point that you can grab for some grip when I throw. The throwing cross is a little harder than a shuriken. I mean sure you can just chuck it, but since it does have that one long point it does take some skill. I don't have a problem with the throwing cross, since I started with knives, but my friend who started with shuriken does.
