The rear wiper in my 2012 VW Touareg has always been noisy. Now it has stopped working so in this video I go ahead and replace it. It is really easy and quick. It is not too expensive either.
Here is a link to the one that I purchased.

As an Amazon Associate I get a small commission if you purchase through this link. There is no additional cost to you.
Be sure to check fitment. I am sure this will fit similar models.

Thanks for watching!

Anyone who undertakes work on a VW Toureag has my deepest repect. I have owned one since 2006, and I dread working on it. As does my local independant "Euro" garage. Such a great vehicle and yet a complete nightmare to work on. Great channel, and thank you for sharing these tasks.

Great video, thanks for the tutorial! My 7P 2015 R-Line had an extra set of screws attaching the lining, at centre and near the bottom -- something to be aware of when removing the lining. I removed the silver plate covering the internals of the wiper arm mechanism to reveal the cogs and discovered a bunch of rust and fluid. The jet apertures had been blocked and so when the pump was activated to squirt water this was flowing into the cogs. The rust had started to seize the mechanism but I cleaned it all out, unblocked all the apertures to allow free flow of the washer fluid, re-greased the mechanism and reassembled. All working fine now so this might be an option if your mechanism/motor hasn't completely failed as was the case with mine.
