Hi I put mine up once and it wipes continously and not automatic sensor anymore?

I am generally unhappy, when my car thinks it knows, when my whinshield is clean or not. I would be much happier if I could set the speed of my washers, rather than playing with the sensitivity of the sensor during driving. Overingeneering at its peak IMHO.

I had my windshield replaced by Safelite and not the sensor does not seem to be working, the intermittent function no longer works. Seems like it's no longer sensing properly. Can some advise. I have a 2015 Jetta GLI

i have that on my golf but im unsure whether or not it has a sensor, it does remove most of the time but i think its random

Never leave them on auto in the winter months unless you want to wreck your wiper blades.

Mine sometimes works on my Mk7, most of the time the wipers just resume regular intermittent whether it's raining or not, not sure whats going on.
