'I Don't Answer Questions' EXPLAINED

Kenny Suitter explains the phrase "I Don't Answer Questions" and why it's in your best interest to incorporate it when interacting with police.

I got the opportunity to put this to the test a couple of days ago and IT TOTALLY WORKED! They looked sort of puzzled and kept asking me questions even though I was repeatedly informing them that I don't answer questions! LoL It felt good to tell them that too! Make them do their job and earn the money they're paid.

I wish more people would heed this advice. There are far too many people out there that fancy themselves as activists for liberty that can't seem to grasp this very simple concept. You have a right to remain silent and you should use it. There are so many videos of people that start out an encounter saying they're not going to answer questions. But then they proceed to engage in extensive dialogue with the officer spouting off about various constitutional amendments, court rulings, asking them if they took an oath to uphold the constitution etc. And they usually end up answering a whole host of questions.

All you should ever be doing is asserting your right to remain silent in a simple concise manner and nothing more. Don't ever answer any question no matter how insignificant, and don't ever make any other statements. The only reason the officer is there is to fish for anything whatsoever that he can use to escalate the situation into a criminal investigation. And every single word you speak will be used to do just that. If you're approached by a cop they have already made the determination that you're a criminal. They don't just strike up conversations with people for the hell of it.
