My granddaughter just got her first teaching job, the 11th grade in a rough high school. She replaced a substitute teacher who filled in for the regular teacher who quit. The students were rude, disrespectful, loud, mouthy, aggressive and knew absolutely nothing. She saw their grades and all were passing with good marks. The police came into her classroom to arrest a student who pulled a knife on a teacher, he still had the knife on him. She went to the Administration to voice her concerns and was told “don’t rock the boat, just pass them”.
She resigned and is looking for another position.

This country is finished.

As a retired teacher, no one can teach anymore because of the horrific behavior of the students and parents. Teachers are leaving in droves. Judging from the comments, there's no support either...

This is WHY I want voting registration tests. If a Citizen cant answer the basic knowledge questions from the Citizen Naturalization Test; NO VOTING.
