Russia is now forced to fight a different style of war. It would be wise to assume all entry points to Ukraine, by air, sea or land carrying "freight" are in reality weapon transports. This means they are legitimate targets. Hence, Boryspil airport in Kiev is now a legitimate target, as are every military airbase.
All rail tracks traversing west to east carrying freight are also targets. All maritime traffic in and out of Odessa is presumed hostile.
In cases where the launch site of the ATACMS missile cannot be verified, the nearest Ukrainian large town or city within 100 km of a suspected launch becomes a target to be razed.
That's how it is, and that's how it goes. There is no ambiguity! Russia is not playing games.
