If Captain Jack Harkness is the Face of Boe, as implied in the episode "Last of the Time Lords, " why does he not react when the Face of Boe is referenced in his presence during the episode "Utopia, " just two episodes prior? If someone referenced my nickname in my presence, even while talking about something else entirely, I would certainly say something about it.

Fantastic video, I've been moaning about most of these for years now. The screwdriver is ridiculously overused too, the sunglasses were a temporary thing that I wouldn't have minded using just because it's something a bit different. Then it just became another, as you say, get of out jail free card for most of the episodes it was included in.
