Impeller & mini conveyor belt system that leads into a small storage container that gets filled up with freezable liquid once a certain amount is in the container and then once frozen it gets ejected into space.
OR... A bunch of relay stations between Earth and the Moon so as to be able to control a robot like ' Atlas ' or ' Spot ' so there is no need for all the things humans need in space.
