As an identical twin, I think all twins have grown as feeling like we are one person. Never two. "the Hefner twins" is ALL we heard growing up. Never by our individual names. When they turn 13, give them a CHOICE on whether they want to do their bday trip together or not. My personal opinion, if you can afford to do that then offer it. All of us twins out here are very different than our sibling. My sister is married to a woman. I'm married to a man. We're identical twins and have barely anything in common, but we're still super close. From the 10+ min clips of your videos, it seems your boys like similar sports, but very different in their style and it's likely what they want to do would not be the same. However, since it's instilled since birth that we are one entity, they may just agree to do the same thing, because there's a weird sense of guilt that we have when we're younger that causes us to feel like we should do the same thing as the other, even if we don't want to do it. It's like it makes it easier or something for others to do that for them, instead of doing what we want as two separate humans.

Anywho, that was therapeutic to rant. Thanks 🤣🤣

For me as a mom of a single child is amazing how you two make the childhood of your kids unique. It’s good to have 1:1 time with each kid. My brother and sister in law’s have more than one kid. It’s hard for them to do 1:1 time. My siblings are doing this more often, than my in laws.
Growing up with siblings is amazing, but alone time with mom or dad is also necessary.

Jess I know being a mum is not about the gifts and how much you buy them but your so much like me it’s the giving to our kids that makes it just EPIC! I was and still are a single mum she was two when you divorced. My girl is 28 now. I saved up for five years to take my girl to Sea world on the east coast of Australia (we live on the west). It also coincided with one of the twilight movie premieres so I got her a ticket to that also. We stayed one night in a five star hotel went to the movie and ordered room service it was just the best night. We then spent a week at sea world and going to the other theme parks. It was so special and for one week just bliss.

I just want to say not only do I love Jess' videos but every time my 1 and a half year old son hears the intro he hauls butt to where I am so he can watch too. I love being able to watch her videos with him but on a different note. I can't wait to see the Paris videos! I've been dying to go to Paris since I was in middle school.
