Yea, I think so too, considering buying it when released, I've waited the whole 1 hour of nintendo conference for them to announce the price, but they didnt.
And after thinking about it.
I'll just save up for the next PS/XBOX even if they are in a bit of a high price because I know their consoles will last longer just like now with PS3/360.
Thats a pretty longevity for us PS3/360 users.

Honestly, I really like the Wii U. With new games like Pikmin 3 and them integrating with the hardcore games. The system itself sounds pretty cool too. :)

Id say nintendo's was the worst of the 3. But the other 2 were not so hot either. What SHOULD happen is SEGA should take the stage unannounced and unveil a new console with amazing exclusive games and blow everyone's minds. Winner of E3 - SEGA.

Because people wanted to see those big games. Or at least hear about them. But nintendo chooses to put emphasis on shitty games like nintendoland? Thats why everyone is disappointed. And yet, it started well with pikmin until Reggie came and started talking shit.

How do you mess up so bad? This is the main show to sell your system and you show a bunch mini games and no graphical powered games. There is no reason to buy this system this year. You said it was a powerful machine but yet you show nothing but last Gen games and kid games. I want the Zelda to look like that tech demo. I guess the system just can't do it.

wow, nintendo your so screwed. You used to be the best now ur meh... Your console kinda blowed and the graphical capabilities are pretty bad. Instead of the Wii U, make a new High Tech console that will last for awhile. Also the whole motion control thing was cool at first, but a lot of people still like the classic controller. I know Nintendo will never look at this, but still.

Another disappointment to old nintendo fans. :( no one is going to care about the Wii U when the new xbox or playstation comes out. I guess nintendo just gave up on trying to be innovative with graphics and capabilities.
