Affordable House Plan Design

As a builder, I'm always on the lookout for affordable house plan designs. In this video I share a small cabin/shed plan that can be used as a backyard office, vacation cabin, or upgraded to become a stand-alone home or guest cottage. Nice. I'm trying to figure out where we are going to live when we sell our existing house and move back out to my land in the country. The modified version of this might be good enough to live in while I build the new house and then we could just use this as a guest house, or doghouse for me when the wife and I are scrapping. 😉 Is that a loft area in the attic space?
