This is our house plan. We added a bonus room above the garage and also added 4 ft to the garage. We hope to be in by April!! 🎉

This is very nice. I like the front, and how the garage is hidden on the side.

We also added a bonus room over the garage & 4 feet. Added coat closet under stairs under bonus room in garage. We changed the Jack & Jill bath into just a bath for front bedroom, made the sink area into a guest powder room. Eliminated the “bump out” and brought the entire side of the house out that far, aka bigger closet for both secondary bedrooms. Widened walk through from living room to bedrooms. Eliminated fireplace and weird living room closet. Made window above bath in master smaller and added matching window to utility room. Doubled the pantry, put linen closet where 1/2 bath was. Eliminated window where dining would have been. Added extra cabinets instead & moved back door to where dining window was. Now to move in!
