So my tenant did not pay (pay and stay). I usually file for Money and Possession at the same time. This time, I already have a Money judgment. Do I use the same Landlord/Tenant Complaint form for Possession only, since the previous judgment accounts for the Money judgment? (ie indicate on the form that Rent is Unsatisfied, but not entering Rent Due.)

How to you handle a situation when you have given notice of termination of a month to month lease and the tenant has not left by the time stated on the notice of termination? Is your next step filing the landlord tenant complaint or do you post some kind of additional notice? It does not seem like you would need to give then an additional 10 or 30 days?
