Every state needs one. The waste bureaucracies entail is frightening. One of the biggest sinkholes is education. In my city alone there are empty schools fallling apart and they want new schools now but everytime a new school is built a neighborhood dissolves. The big churches trash the little neighborhood congregations then the schools go and you see it over and over again. Why? So kids can go to huge schools where nobody lives near each other and the sense of community is artificial?
