Making a wooden tap handle on a CNC machine - DO IT

Custom wooden tap handles are way more fun than the crummy, short, black, plastic one that came on your kegerator. With some skills on the CNC machine, you can step up the flare with 3D models.

Materials used:
Birch lumber
V-carve milling bit 60 degrees
End mill 1/8" diameter bit
End mill 1/4" diameter bit
Tapered ballnose 1/32" diameter bit (1/8" shank)
Irwin flushcut pull saw
Black spray paint
Cheap ol' palm sander
Cummins drill press
Watco spray lacquer
