This is when people say I’m not doing it for money. I’m doing it to make a difference. Hats off to you my man. Respect

As a survivor of a traumatic brain injury, watching people do rehabilitative therapy always gets me in my feels.

Big respect to the trainer, you never understand how low mentally these disability’s can bring you. God bless.

That's what a trainer is upposed to be. Encouraging, supportive, energetic, caring and an absolute angel to that man - awesome dude

They both gave it 100%.
The trainer was 100% committed.
The trainee gave 100% effort.

As a disabled man with constant pain not able to be regulated by most meds, this made me cry. I'm proud of that man and his trainer.

The trainer is amazing but the man is so fucking impressive. The fact that he was still wanting to keep going without taking that break was enough to prove his determination. He’s doing amazing.

Massive respect to this man. He's pushing this guy to work past his disability and not allowing him to let it hold him back from achieving his goals.

Moving 45 lbs that high that many times without being able to use your lower body is actually really impressive. Paul’s got some serious shoulder and back strength.

The way he made him wait because he knew that last rep would have failed without it - great trainer.
