C1 is awesome. Friends that don't care about tvs play a game or two on it and start caring. Wish the remote had backlight or at least glow in dark on main buttons.

After watching loads of reviews for gaming TVs the LG C1 was highly rated. I bought the LG 65 C1 a couple of weeks ago. For gaming movies and a computer monitor it’s fantastic.

As of the date typing this response, the 83" C1 still costs 1/3 what an average 42" plasma cost 20 years ago and twice what an ok one cost 15 years ago. Amazing how much things change.

Had the C1 since April time and absolutely love it, film and tv look stunning but gaming is where I’m totally blown away, it’s no exaggeration to say the difference is night and day coming from a Sony LCD to the C1 OLED. While it’s not as bright as some of its competitors, the inky blacks amazing and the gaming features are second to none. Also mine has a black rear and dark silver stand. Just depends on the model you choose. The BFI (Black Frame Insertion) is vastly improved on the C1 compared to the CX, doesn’t dim the screen nearly as much.

I bought the 77 inch c1 and it’s amazing hands down . Only downside I found was power cord too short and reflection in a bright room .

Like your reviews and respect your opinions but the off white on your set denotes it is a non-US version TV. The white is only in a few international markets. The US versions are all a dark charcoal version. Loving my C1 and glad you recommended it.

I have it and it’s great. Buy it guys, no doubt! About the burn-in, I would suggest doing pixel cleaning from the settings for about 1 time per month. Great tv👌🔥

3:10 My LG TV was changing modes when he did. I saw his wall changing colors. Not just his tv. lol. Or maybe it was just adjusting for the changing of tones on the C1 screen.

The "current" frame rate status is a red herring. It actually shows the frame rate signal from the source, i.e. what it's outputting. So, if you're using a Series X or PS5 with an HDMI 2.1 cable, it will always read 118-120fps even if you're playing a game which runs at 30-60fps.

Got my 48" C1 for my bedroom yesterday and let me tell you re village and doom eternal blew my mind away on that tv especially doom eternal with that flawless 4k 120fps. crazy stuff it's a must have tv if you got a Xbox series x perfect size tv for a small bedroom too and when I watch a 4k Dolby vision film i feel like I'm starting at a theater screen it's that good
