BIOS Settings:
1.Security -> Secure Boot Control -> Disabled
Save & Exit
2. Boot -> Launch CSM -> Enabled
Save & Exit
...worked for me.

Hmm. But how do you transfer Windows 10 and my data from my old drive to my new SSD drive on my Asus R510C?? This seems to be the very easy part. Please help.

The most important difficult part in the process is updating the SYSBIO and he rushes through it so you cannot see what he did. Then a pop advert comes up so they try to sell you some help. This is a misleading and deceptive video because if you do everything he just did, your computer will not start.
