Did you know that Quentin Tarantino was about to cancel the film Inglourious Basterds, if he doesn't find the right actor to play the Colonel Hans Landa who speaks four languages, he came to realise that he probably wrote a role that is unactable. Until Christoph Waltz took the role that requires him to speak, Italian, French, German, and English all together. And it was for this outstanding performance he pulled off that he secured his first Oscar award.

I don't think I've seen Waltz in a role that he didn't just kill.

Probably my favorite actor ever. If there's one actor who just hands down NEEDS to return in Tarantino's 10th movie, it's Waltz.

Tarantino’s 4 movies that won Oscars 1st for screenplay that was for Pulp Fiction, 2nd was best supporting actor Inglorious Basterds Christolph Waltz, 3rd best supporting actor for Django again Christolph Waltz, 4th best supporting actor for Once upon a time in Hollywood Brad Pitt.
Majority of his movies have won Oscars.

He cast the single most perfect actor to portray someone this clever and wicked with such eloquence as Christoph Walz. I was introduced to his high level acting as the villain here instead of as a protagonist in Django

A well deserved Oscar! He was so terrifying and charming and such a dispicable character. But he was able to redeem himself in Django as Dr. King. Another endearing yet very lovable character. Amazing actor.

On the flip side, when he wanted him for Schultz, he declined. Unless the character was morally perfect

And so he was

I am a huge fan of him after the Alita battle angel. He is a natural born actor. I even see him best to fit in MCU Dr. Strange character as well.

Christoph in Inglorious basterd, in django unchained and 007 spectre, he was very outstanding. He develop his own character, and he has ‘the character’

There are actors out there that are hated because of how good they played an evil character and then there's Christoph Waltz who left us at awe.
